Foaled in 1886, Allan F-1 (also known as Black Allan) came from Standardbred and Morgan bloodlines and was actually bred to be a trotting horse. However, instead of trotting, he performed a four beat gait so unusual for his time that he was unwanted during most of his life! Luckily for Tennessee Walking Horse lovers, Allan F-1 eventually fell into the hands of men who saw in him the potential to develop a new, smooth-riding saddle horse breed. All of today's Tennessee Walkers track back to Allan F-1 primarily through his extraordinary red roan son Roan Allen F-38. Rohde's vibrant painting, the most true-to-life portrait ever published of Allan F-1, is now available in select limited editions. You won't want to miss this opportunity to add this fine portrait of the Tennessee Walker foundation stallion to a wall in your home or office! Your Rohde Allan F-1 Tennessee Walking Horse art is available unframed or framed in a black solid wood designer frame with an antique white mat -- ready to hang on your wall right out of the box! Your Allan F-1 Tennessee Walker horse art is hand signed and numbered by the artist and is of exceptional quality. A Certificate of Authenticity is included. Be sure to check out Rohde's other Tennessee Walking Horse art!
